Job summary

Vaillant Group in Denmark is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our service team. You will maintain and repair heat pumps at customer sites, ensuring safety, quality, and high customer satisfaction.

Based from your home base, you will cover customers across Sjælland, perform diagnostics, servicing gas boilers and heat pumps, document work, and communicate clearly with customers and installers. You will report to the Service Manager and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

A certificate for gas and at least KMO category II / refrigeration certificate; category I refrigeration certificate preferred.
Experience with balancing, troubleshooting, and servicing gas boilers and heat pumps.
Clear and professional communication with customers.

Responsibilities

Repairing or replacing defective components to ensure safe and optimal system performance
Completing service, maintenance, and technical documentation accurately and on time
Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and installers
Collaborating with internal departments to resolve technical issues
Ensuring all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local regulations
You will report to the Service Manager and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders
Preferred start date and work from home base, primarily covering Sjælland
