Qualifications

• Technical education in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Experience servicing HVAC equipment and chillers; data center experience is a plus.
• F-Gas certification and electrician qualification (S3) or equivalent.
• Willingness to participate in standby/on-call.
• Ability to travel across multiple locations in Denmark.
• Good problem-solving and independent work at customer sites.
• Proficiency in English; local language skills.

Responsibilities

• Commission and service HVAC equipment per company standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and upgrades.
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
• Participate in standby and on-call duties when required.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal HVAC teams to resolve issues.
• Attend company-provided technical training to stay updated.
• Support audits and quality/compliance initiatives.
• Operate company vehicles and reporting tools per guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
