Job summary

Vaillant Group in Denmark is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to maintain and repair heat pumps at customer sites. You will work from your home base, covering customers across Jutland and reporting to the Regional Service Manager.

You will diagnose faults, replace defective components, perform routine maintenance, and document service reports on a tablet or laptop. A valid driver’s license and fluent Danish with basic English are required.

Qualifications

• Technical certification with Refrigeration.
• Proven experience servicing heat pumps and gas appliances.
• Clear communication with customers.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in spoken and written Danish and basic level English.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for digital service reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Repairing or replacing defective components to ensure safe and optimal system performance.
• Completing service, maintenance, and technical documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and installers.
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve technical issues.
• Ensuring all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local regulations.
• Reporting to the Regional Service Manager and working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Preferred start date as soon as possible; working directly from home base and primarily covering customers across Jutland.
