Job summary

DKT FedEx Express Danmark ApS seeks an Import Customs Clearance professional to join the team as a Clearance Broker/Associate. You will review shipment data, prepare accurate declarations, and ensure compliance with customs regulations while delivering excellent service.

You will work with in-house systems, communicate with customers and agencies, and resolve routine disputes in a fast-paced office to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience working in busy office environments.
• Experience or working knowledge of import/export processes and regulatory requirements.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review shipments data to understand customer and regulatory requirements and verify documentation accuracy.
• Use in-house systems to create accurate and legally compliant clearance declarations.
• Contact customers or government agencies to clarify information when necessary.
• Resolve routine customer and customs disputes.
• Build relationships with customers and help them choose clearance services.
• Work within tight time frames in a busy office environment.
