Job summary

DKT FedEx Express Danmark ApS seeks an Import Customs Clearance professional to join the team as a Clearance Broker/Associate. You will review shipment data, prepare accurate declarations, and ensure compliance with customs regulations while delivering excellent service.

You will work with in-house systems, communicate with customers and agencies, and resolve routine disputes in a fast-paced office to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will review shipment data, create accurate clearance declarations, and maintain compliance with customs regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

• Experience or working knowledge of key clearance principles, import/export processes, regulatory requirements, and CHIEF entries; commercial flight processing is desired.
• Customer‑focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to make sound numerical decisions within tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC skills.
