Job summary

VML MAP invites you to join as an Associate Tech Solution Consultant to design and implement Adobe Workfront solutions, enabling modern Collaborative Work Management and Content Supply Chain capabilities across marketing operations. You will work with Business Architects and clients to shape configuration and governance aligned with strategic objectives.

You will collaborate with a global network of experts, bringing technology and consulting together to help world‑class brands transform content

Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise SaaS platforms and marketing operations.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering business and technical requirements, documenting solution decisions and producing technical documentation.
• Translate defined business processes into Adobe Workfront configuration and automation requirements.
• Implement Adobe Workfront object structures, user access and permissions, custom forms, workflows, reports, dashboards and governance configurations in line with solution designs.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), package deployments, go-live activities and post-launch hypercare.
