Job summary

WPP MAP is seeking an experienced Adobe Developer to design, develop and implement robust solutions using Adobe marketing platforms. You will work with Architects, Project Managers and other Developers to turn client requirements into scalable technical implementations.

You will lead feature delivery, mentor teammates, and ensure secure, well-tested deployments in a dynamic, multicultural environment focused on growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on development experience in a digital marketing/agency setup.
• Proven expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms (AJO, Campaign, Marketo Engage, Analytics, AEP, AT).
• Strong front-end and back-end skills: JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, SQL; plus Python/Java and API integrations.
• Active Adobe certifications such as AJO Developer Expert, RTCDP Developer Expert, Campaign/Standard Developer Expert.
• Experience with version control, automated testing, security testing, and secure coding practices.
• Deep understanding of data models, optimization techniques, and GDPR principles.
• Excellent English communication; proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of new features, bug fixes, and complex configurations within Adobe environments.
• Collaborate with Architects and Technical Project Managers to translate client requirements into technical specs and deployment plans.
• Conduct in-depth technical investigations, troubleshooting, and proposing robust solutions.
• Mentor and guide Associate and other Developers on coding best practices.
• Ensure successful integration, testing, and deployment of client applications and platforms with strong QA.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Adobe ecosystem to enhance offerings.
• Serve as a go-to resource for technical challenges and client discussions.
