Job summary

VML MAP is seeking an Associate Tech Solution Consultant to join a global team delivering Collaborative Work Management and Content Supply Chain solutions. You will work with Business Architects and client stakeholders to translate business processes into actionable Adobe Workfront configurations.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences across a multinational network.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn supporting technologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Enterprise SaaS platforms and the role of a consultancy in bringing these to life for clients.
• Understanding of how collaborative work management platforms support marketing operations and Content Supply Chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Business Architects and client stakeholders to ensure business processes are effectively understood.
• Assist in gathering business and technical requirements, documenting solution decisions and producing technical documentation.
• Translate defined business processes into Adobe Workfront configuration and automation requirements.
• Implement Adobe Workfront object structures, user access and permissions, custom forms, workflows, reports, dashboards and governance configurations in line with solution designs.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), package deployments, go-live activities and post-launch hypercare.
