Job summary

VML MAP is a leading global agency delivering technology-enabled marketing solutions, seeking a Solution Consultant to design and implement Adobe Workfront configurations supporting Collaborative Work Management and Content Supply Chain.

You will collaborate with Business Architects and clients, translate requirements into configurations, and contribute to SIT/UAT, deployments and post-launch support in a hybrid work environment in Denmark.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn supporting technologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Enterprise SaaS platforms, marketing operations and the role of a consultancy in bringing these to life for our clients.
• Understanding of how collaborative work management platforms support marketing operations and Content Supply Chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Business Architects and client stakeholders to ensure business processes are effectively understood.
• Assist in gathering business and technical requirements, documenting solution decisions and producing technical documentation.
• Translate defined business processes into Adobe Workfront configuration and automation requirements.
• Implement Adobe Workfront object structures, user access and permissions, custom forms, workflows, reports, dashboards and governance configurations in line with solution designs.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), package deployments, go-live activities and post-launch hypercare.
