Job summary

MAP / WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks an Adobe Senior Application Consultant to join a growing development team. You will bridge technology and marketing, translating client objectives into technical requirements for Adobe solutions and collaborating with developers to align outcomes with business goals.

You will work with campaigns, configurations, and end-to-end client experiences across Adobe tools, ensuring high-quality implementations and ongoing optimization for global brands.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in application consulting, marketing technology, or similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with campaign execution, configuration, programme builds, and marketing automation workflows.
• Subject matter expert in at least one major marketing platform such as Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, or Braze.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to deliver seamless Adobe-based solutions for clients.
• Configure and implement tailored end-to-end client experiences across Adobe platforms.
• Set up customised business rules and automations to streamline operations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Adobe solutions.
• Test configurations and new features to ensure quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain a smooth user experience.
• Engage with marketers to collect requirements and translate them into specifications.
• Utilise Adobe Experience Platform to build audiences and manage segments.
