Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Consultant, Strategic Consulting to partner with senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen Grundfos’s competitive position and long-term value creation. You will deliver high-impact analyses, develop actionable recommendations, and support M&A evaluations in a global water technology company.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement across functions and cultures, and delivering clear presentations to executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree at master's level in engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience (e.g., management consulting, corporate strategy, or startup) or outstanding recent graduates.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across levels, functions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and business analyses to inform strategic decisions at corporate and unit level.
• Develop actionable recommendations and business cases for growth initiatives, partnerships, and operational improvements.
• Facilitate strategy workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and execution plans.
• Support M&A evaluations including target screening, due diligence support, and integration planning.
• Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership and executive audiences.
