Job summary

Airtame is seeking a RevOps professional to own the commercial stack and build automations on top of Salesforce. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing and product to maintain data quality, run analytics, and implement AI-assisted workflows.

You’ll start next to the current lead and take over the technical side, including Intercom and Zendesk migrations, while ensuring clean data, proper permissions, and timely renewal communications across channels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce admin experience (Flow Builder, permissions, data model).
• Strong SQL/SOQL and data modeling skills for reports.
• Experience running a commercial system with documentation left behind.

Responsibilities

• Own the Commercial Stack, implement AI tooling on top of CRM.
• Build and manage renewal email flows and pricing claims automation.
• Ensure data consistency across dashboards, Salesforce, Intercom and Shopify.
• Automate processes with a safe rollback in sandbox environments.
