Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Document Management professional to support offshore wind projects within BA Wind, handling the development, governance and improvement of document control across the project life cycle.

You will join a 23-strong Document Management Department with colleagues across Northern Europe, delivering support in setup of permissions, workflows, metadata, and library structures in SharePoint while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record within document management from project concept to handover.
• Super user in MS SharePoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to organize, analyze and visualize data sets and trends.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the Document Management procedures, processes, templates, applications, etc.
• Gate keeper of the document control rules, procedures and systems
• Run and manage the DMS for the project
• Ensure that engineering documentation meets the established standards and deadlines
• Distribution and follow up of documentation to internal and external stakeholders
• First line support for document control related issues
• As super user for the IT solutions, train project teams to ensure and enable proper understanding and use of the document control processes and systems
• Take active part in the Document Management network and interface with other departments, and share and implement best practices of Document Management
