Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking an O&M Technical Support Engineer for offshore wind to provide second-line technical support across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, control-system, SCADA and alarm topics on our offshore wind fleet. Based in Kolding, you will focus on turbine platforms such as V80, V90 and V112, using field data and technical judgement to understand recurring issues and craft robust guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience with offshore wind turbine platforms and field data analysis.
• Ability to translate operational experience into documented guidance.
• Strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders to implement fixes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve technical requests from offshore sites using data and documentation.
• Analyse recurring alarms and trends to identify platform issues.
• Perform remote troubleshooting via SCADA and maintenance history to guide teams.
• Create and maintain standardised technical solutions, guides and work packages.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, OEMs and suppliers for input on decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of technical support processes and documentation.
