Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification as a laboratory technician or laboratory technologist, or a professional bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience from an R&D, medtech, or other regulated laboratory environment.
• Proven ability to take independent ownership of workflows and systems.
• Experience with digital workflows and systems; proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP, QMS, LIMS; understanding GMP/GLP.
• LEAN or process optimisation experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct R&D feasibility studies and contribute to experimental design.
• Prepare and review protocols and reports; participate in project meetings.
• Share day-to-day operations and improve laboratory workflows.
• Equipment qualification, calibration, servicing; handle change requests and quality notifications.
• Prepare instructions and experimental documentation; sample handling; purchasing; chemical management in EcoOnline.
• Train colleagues to use solutions for equipment and service tracking, inventory and sample management.
