Job summary

DIS - CREADIS Engineering Solutions & Consulting in Denmark is seeking a Project Manager who can lead complex, global engineering projects with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, software, and automation disciplines. You will drive projects from definition to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality are met while coordinating with customers and suppliers.

Fluency in English is essential and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–7 years leading engineering or industrial projects.
• Experience across Renewable Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Defense is a plus.
• Fluent English; other languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from definition to delivery.
• Coordinate engineers, customers, and suppliers to meet scope, schedule, and quality.
• Establish project execution plans and reporting structures; manage risks and changes.
• Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders through clear communication.
• Ensure governance frameworks and ISO-aligned quality practices are followed.
