Job summary

CREADIS is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects across Renewable Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Defense from Denmark (hybrid).

You will manage projects from definition to delivery, coordinate engineers, customers, and suppliers, and ensure scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met. Strong planning, communication, and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of engineering or industrial project experience.
• Experience in Renewable Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Defense, or similar sectors is a plus.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages beneficial depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, budget and timeline commitments are met.
• Establish clear execution plans and reporting structures, manage risks, issues and changes to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborate with suppliers for efficient execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through structured communication and progress reporting.
• Ensure projects follow governance frameworks, stage-gate processes, and ISO-aligned quality practices.
