Job summary

Pandektes is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to nurture our German-speaking customers on the DACH market, guiding onboarding through renewal and expanding relationships. You will be based at our Copenhagen HQ or in Hamburg and collaborate with the sales team to ensure the best fit for customers.

You will join a young, ambitious CS team and help shape processes as Pandektes scales across Europe, delivering strong customer experiences and driving growth through strategic engagement.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle CS experience from onboarding to renewal.
• Strong customer relationship skills and teaching aptitude.
• Ability to work with contracts and sales teams to fit customer needs.
• Willingness to shape CS processes at Pandektes.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding customers - Teach lawyers and legal professionals how AI can superpower their legal research
• Drive adoption - Collaborate with management/executives to ensure adoption and success
• Build community - Find superusers and empower them to do even more with Pandektes
• Foster growth - Identify expansion opportunities and work with the rest of our team to expand our presence at existing customers
