Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Customer Service Professional in Denmark (Ballerup) to coordinate MV/LV service offers, quotations and orders, while ensuring contractual compliance and effective stakeholder communication.

You will manage service projects with engineering, suppliers, and field resources, monitor performance and profitability, and identify opportunities for service growth with our Electrification & Automation unit. Fluency in English is required; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education and relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, technical sales support, or field service operations
• Experience with Medium Voltage power distribution systems; knowledge of protection and automation systems is considered an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple activities and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Proficient in English; Danish is an advantage but not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute service offers, quotations, and orders for Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems
• Plan and coordinate service orders and small service projects involving customers, engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and field service resources
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, Siemens processes, quality standards, and EHS requirements
• Manage non-conformities (NCRs) and customer complaints by driving timely corrective actions, coordinating relevant stakeholders, and ensuring effective resolution
• Maintain project documentation, service reports, and status updates while supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization
• Monitor project performance, forecasts, and profitability in collaboration with finance
• Identify opportunities for service growth, upgrades, modernization projects, and additional service offerings within the installed customer base
