Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have relevant higher education in business, digital transformation, technology or innovation.
• At least three years of experience in business partnering, digital transformation, AI, portfolio management, consulting or cross-functional program delivery.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into concrete initiatives, business cases and implementation plans.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills across teams and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of AI opportunities/limitations and ability to navigate a regulated environment with sound judgement.
• Structured, proactive and collaborative with focus on outcomes and measurable impact.
• Fluent English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and structure AI roadmaps, opportunity pipelines and business cases.
• Drive end-to-end initiatives from ideation to adoption and workflow embedding.
• Ensure local adherence to AI governance, compliance requirements and approvals.
• Act as the primary link between business areas and the AI Office, escalating risks and priorities.
• Facilitate workshops, training, community sessions and demonstrations that accelerate adoption.
• Track adoption, benefits, and business impact; help scale successful solutions.
