Job summary

Hendrix Genetics BV in Denmark is seeking an HR professional to implement HR policies and support the Denmark operations with day-to-day HR matters, ensuring the right employees with the right competencies are available.

You will evaluate recruitment policies, onboarding, health and safety, remuneration, and payroll administration in accordance with Danish law and CLA. This role requires collaboration with production sites and development of HR plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve recruitment, selection and assessment policies, tools; maintain relationships with schools; internships and graduation projects.
• Maintain policies for hiring and firing; support management in applying these policies.
• Develop and implement onboarding policy and ensure proper onboarding of new employees.
• Provide HR support to production locations in Denmark, including administrative processes.
• Develop and maintain occupational health and safety policy for Denmark; be the point of contact for related matters.
• Contribute to HR plans for Denmark operations and manage execution of these plans.
• Develop, maintain and execute remuneration systems, insurances, and labor conditions for Denmark staff.
• Manage personnel administration and payroll support in line with Danish law and CLA

Your Role

Implement the HumanResources policy of Hendrix Genetics and support businesses with HR-relatedmatters, with the aim of ensuring that the right employees, with the rightcompetencies, are available in the right positions at the right time, both nowand in the future

Responsibilities

• Developand implement an onboarding policy for new employees and ensure properonboarding of new employees.
• ProvideHR support to production locations in Denmark, including employee-relatedadministrative processes.
• Developand maintain the occupational health and safety policy for Hendrix Genetics inDenmark and serve as the point of contact for related matters.
• Contribution to thedevelopment of HR plans for the operations in Denmark and manages the executionof these plans
• Develops, maintains andexecutes the remuneration systems, insurances, labor conditions and otherpersonnel arrangements for employees in Denmark.
• Manages all personnelrelated administration and supports the payroll processes in accordance withDanish legislation and (CLA) regulations
