Job summary

Semco Maritime seeks an experienced HSEQ Manager BoP to lead safety and compliance across offshore wind Balance of Plant projects. You will guide HSEQ Advisors, work with Project Managers and operational teams, and embed safety from tender through execution and lessons learned.

You will champion Safety I and II concepts and ensure information reaches frontline workers, support teams, and leadership for informed decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Solid HSEQ experience in offshore wind, marine, construction or renewables project environments.
• Experience preparing, reviewing and maintaining RAMS, HSEQ plans, emergency response plans, drill plans and lessons learned material.
• Confidence in tender reviews, contract input and HSEQ during project planning and execution.
• Experience guiding HSEQ Advisors or site personnel.
• Strong investigation, reporting and follow-up skills with trend identification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project-specific HSEQ documentation including RAMS and project HSEQ Plans.
• Review contracts and plan HSEQ deliverables and resources for tenders and projects.
• Lead or support HSEQ kick-off meetings, project meetings and safety presentations.
• Monitor project execution, drill plans and site safety compliance, and ensure effective action closure.
• Lead investigations with clear root cause analysis and preventative actions.
• Maintain relationships with client representatives and foster a positive safety culture with learning emphasis.
