Job summary

Vestas NCE Service Supply Chain Operations Offshore is seeking a capable leader to supervise stockkeeping for offshore campaigns. You will plan daily workloads, allocate tasks, and ensure safe, efficient operation while maintaining SAP-based inventory records and coordinating with vessel and harbor teams across North and Central Europe.

You will drive safety culture, lead toolbox talks, and report incidents, with a focus on continuous improvement, training, and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship and/or degree in warehouse-management or logistics.
• Warehouse experience in the wind industry is beneficial.
• Customs knowledge earns bonus points.
• Computer knowledge: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, ERP system (SAP/AX).
• Outstanding communication and team management skills.
• Time management, planning, scheduling, system-thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team of service campaign stockkeepers handling materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables for offshore operations.
• Plan daily workloads, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Conduct regular team briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and coordinate with project meetings for alignment across vessels and harbors.
• Coordinate with other team leads when materials arrive in harbor warehouses to support offshore operations across Europe.
• Lead team to report incidents and drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.
• Develop training matrices and support audits and inspections.
