Job summary

DISA Industries in Denmark is seeking a Student Assistant in HR who will take ownership, learn quickly and contribute to building our HR foundation within a global industrial group. You’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner on hands-on HR tasks, from onboarding and contracts to data maintenance and process improvement, gaining broad exposure to local and global HR practices.

• Enrolled in or about to finish a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or related field.
• Interest in HR processes, data and organisational structures.

Responsibilities

• Support core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Assist with HRIS implementation, data structure and data quality.
• Ensure HR data accuracy and well-structured documentation.
• Contribute to process design, standardisation and improvements.
• Prepare analyses and HR materials for local and global use.
• Provide trusted HR support to employees and managers.
