Job summary

EPOS, part of ACCO Brands’ Global Tech Peripherals division, is hiring an HR & Executive Assistant. The role blends hands-on HR work (about 70%) with support to our President of Global Tech Peripherals (about 30%). You’ll report to our HR Director.

You will manage onboarding, contracts and HR data in SuccessFactors, support recruitment with hiring managers, and handle payroll inquiries. You’ll also support the President’s calendar and travel in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR administrator/coordinator or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with employment contracts and HR administration.
• Experience with HRIS; SuccessFactors is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of Danish employment practices.
• Experience working with senior leaders or in an international company is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• HR duties: onboarding, changes in employment, offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, letters and other documents.
• Keep employee data accurate in SuccessFactors and local systems.
• Support recruitment admin and onboarding with hiring managers and global HR.
• Answer HR questions and collaborate with payroll and partners.
• Support annual HR processes like performance management and goal setting; HR reporting.
• Keep local HR practices compliant and implement global policies locally.
• Be the link between the Danish organisation and HR colleagues worldwide.
