Job summary

ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel in Denmark seeks an experienced HR professional to streamline day-to-day HR delivery and support managers across the organization. You will report to the Danish HR Manager and ensure processes, data, and administration run smoothly.

You will work hands-on across contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll collaboration, and employee engagement initiatives while maintaining compliant HR practices and data protection. Fluency in Danish and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR experience across operations, payroll support, onboarding and offboarding.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and collective agreements.
• Proficient in data handling and HR analytics to support managers.

Responsibilities

• Act as key user for SAP SuccessFactors and maintain accurate HR master data.
• Handle HR administration across the employee lifecycle including contracts, compensation, onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide day-to-day support to managers and colleagues on employment law and HR topics.
• Coordinate or support recurring HR processes such as salary review, bonus, performance management, and engagement surveys.
