Job summary

The European Investment Bank (EIB) seeks an HR Analyst – Employment & Rewards for its HQ in Luxembourg. The role coordinates HR processes, payroll and benefits for local agents across External Offices, ensuring compliant and timely HR services.

This is a full-time temporary position based at the Luxembourg headquarters. You will work with HR, payroll providers and external legal partners, manage remuneration frameworks, service contracts, and data records, and support recruitment and onboarding

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor) in HR, Law, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR/Payroll/remuneration.
• Good knowledge of HR policies and employment matters.
• Experience in international environments is advantageous.
• Experience with external service providers and procurement is a plus.
• Knowledge of HRIS such as PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM or similar systems.
• Excellent command of English and/or French; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Country Officer for designated External Offices and HR matters.
• Coordinate HR processes including payroll, employment, benefits and time management.
• Review payroll outputs with local providers and coordinate amendments.
• Monitor remuneration framework compliance with laws and regulations.
• Select and procure local service providers for payroll, legal services and insurance.
• Maintain records and ensure contracts are renewed or amended as needed.
• Collaborate with Heads of Office and Business Partners on HR topics.
• Update local agents’ data in internal systems and prepare briefings for management.
