SteelAxis in Roskilde, Denmark is seeking a dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue and occupancy for our hotel. You will lead the sales team, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with marketing to create impactful campaigns.

You will build relationships with corporate clients and agencies, negotiate contracts, mentor the team, and monitor market trends to keep us competitive. A proven sales track record in hospitality is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Knowledge of market trends, competitors and industry developments in hospitality.

We are in search of a dynamic and highly motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Roskilde Denmark As a Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy for our hotel You will also be responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring that they meet their targets

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
• Build relationships with corporate clients travel agents and other key stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
• Train and mentor the sales team to achieve their targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make proactive adjustments to sales strategies
• Report on sales performance market trends and recommendations for improvement to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
