We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Greenland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and revenue management with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize profitability
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay current with industry trends
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Train and mentor sales team members to achieve targets and goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales preferably in a luxury setting
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel for data analysis
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation provided by the hotel.

The position is located in beautiful Greenland surrounded by stunning landscapes and unique cultural experiences.
