Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets

• Maintain current client relationships through regular communication and providing excellent customer service
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
• Prepare and present sales reports to upper management
• Train and mentor team members to improve their performance

Requirements
