Job summary

Green SM is seeking a Head of IT Operations in Denmark to ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of the local technology infrastructure supporting the ride-hailing platform for drivers and riders.

You will lead the Technology & Product Operations team, manage incident response, and partner with Global Product and Engineering teams to deploy local enhancements while maintaining security, data protection, and SLA compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure management experience.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, and enterprise IT environments.
Familiarity with security and data protection standards.
Experience in ride-hailing or mobility platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead local Technology & Product Operations to ensure reliability, scalability, and availability of Green SM's technology platform.
Own the operational performance of driver, rider, and internal systems, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Partner with Global Product and Engineering teams to deploy new features, platform enhancements, and technology initiatives in the local market.
Establish and lead incident management processes, including severity classification, escalation, on-call coordination, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Monitor platform health, system performance, operational KPIs, and SLA/SLO compliance to maximize service availability and customer experience.
Ensure technology readiness to support driver onboarding, fleet operations, customer support, and marketplace performance.
Oversee local IT infrastructure, workplace technology, cybersecurity, data protection compliance, and business continuity in line with global standards.
Manage IT assets, software licensing, technology vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Technology & Product Operations team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, Fleet, Driver Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver technology solutions that enable business growth and operational efficiency.
