Job summary

Green SM in Copenhagen is seeking an proactive Operations Supervisor to manage daily driver operations, oversee onboarding, and ensure asset efficiency while maintaining high service standards.

You will handle compliance cases, monitor taxi regulations, coordinate with authorities, and support investigations, reporting, and process improvements. The role requires 2+ years in compliance/ops, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compliance, operations, customer handling, or related roles.
• Experience in transportation, mobility, taxi, or service industries is a plus.
• Fluent English and local communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
