Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group is seeking a Head of Installation to establish and grow the new Installation team at our Hedehusene site. You will lead installation across multiple geographies, set standards for the installation process, and embed a culture of excellence, continuous learning and collaboration.

You will work with project directors, engineers and contractors to ensure timely, safe, and compliant on-site execution.

Qualifications

Background in engineering, construction management, or related field.
Experience managing large capital construction projects.
Knowledge of contractor management, site supervision, and quality control on complex projects.
Understands engineering drawings and specifications and translating them to on-site execution.
Strong stakeholder management across audiences and cultures.
Operational, hands-on leadership; comfortable with ambiguity.
Experience implementing installation processes and check-lists.

Responsibilities

Lead the installation team as it grows across multiple geographies and set standards for improved installation processes.
Collaborate with technical areas to ensure knowledge is used effectively and lessons learned are captured.
Monitor project progress and risk by tracking installation schedules and delays, providing field information to project directors.
Advise employees and project directors on resolving installation issues and manning requirements on site.
Promote safety and regulatory compliance across projects and ensure quality standards.
Coordinate across work fronts with project directors, engineers, and contractors to solve problems early.
Drive process improvement and change management to professionalize installation processes.
Participate in Project Execution management team and contribute to strategic development.
