Job summary

ROCKWOOL International A/S is seeking a Head of Installation to establish and grow the new Installation team. You will lead installation activities for large CAPEX projects, coordinating with project directors, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-site execution meets the highest standards.

You will build a new department, shape installation processes, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across sites in multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Engineering background or equivalent professional experience in project execution.
• Experience managing large CAPEX construction or installation projects.
• Solid knowledge of construction practices, drawings, and on-site execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation team across multiple geographies, setting standards and embedding a culture of excellence.
• Coordinate with project directors, engineers and contractors to manage schedules, risks and field information.
• Promote safety and compliance, ensure quality and regulatory adherence on all sites.
