Nammo AS in Denmark seeks a Program Manager for People & Culture to connect leaders, structure work, and turn priorities into results. You’ll partner with the SVP of People & Culture and the P&C team to coordinate, facilitate, and drive progress across functions and sites, with some travel and security-clearance requirements.
You’ll lead planning cycles, report progress, and help teams move from decision to action, balancing strategic vision with practical execution.
Nammo is growing, and our People & Culture roadmap includes initiatives that span functions, countries, and sites. We are looking for a Program Manager who can connect the people involved, bring structure to the work, and help turn agreed priorities into results.
You will work closely with Nammo’s Senior Vice President (SVP) of People & Culture and the People & Culture team across the organization. The role combines program management, facilitation, and practical coordination. You will help leaders see where work stands, what needs a decision, and what it will take to move forward.
The People & Culture roadmap brings together initiatives at different stages and across different parts of Nammo. You will maintain a clear view of progress, dependencies, and risks. When work stalls, you will help identify what is needed, bring the right people together, and follow up on the actions agreed.
You’ll work with People & Culture colleagues, business leaders, Communications, and Finance. The position has no direct people management responsibility; you’ll influence delivery through structured follow-up, productive discussions, and strong working relationships.
You can bring order to a broad agenda without losing sight of its purpose. You know when to bring people together, when to challenge an approach, and when to take care of the practical details that help work move forward. We will place particular emphasis on the following qualifications:
Experience from an international organization, People & Culture, or change and implementation work would be an advantage.
You will work closely with People & Culture leadership and have a direct role in improving how priorities are planned and delivered across Nammo. The position offers a broad view of the organization and the opportunity to make collaboration across locations work better in practice.
To ensure a fair and thorough selection process, we are collaborating with The Assessment Company (AC), a professional partner specializing in recruitment and assessment. Feel free to contact one of our advisors at AC if you have any questions regarding this position or the process:
You will report to Nammo’s Senior Vice President of People & Culture, who is based in Copenhagen. Close collaboration and regular in-person interaction will be important in this role. Therefore, Copenhagen is a relevant location, but we are open to considering other locations. Some travel is expected.
Please note that this position requires a security clearance. You must be eligible for clearance by the relevant national security authorities. We will inform you of any additional requirements, in accordance with applicable regulations.
