Job summary

AIAIAI Audio is seeking a finance professional to lead finance operations, reporting, and budgeting across its international teams. You will partner with the CEO, investors, and auditors to drive financial performance and governance.

The role requires Danish and English fluency, plus strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC. A passion for music and consumer electronics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Educational background in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years in a finance operations role.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Business Central.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Thrive in an international environment across multiple time-zones.
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Interest in music, audio, and consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Process optimisation, system improvements, and BI tooling.
• Controlling, business intelligence, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Reporting to the CEO, finance partner to the global team.
• Collaborate with investors, banks, and auditors.
• Budgeting and forecasting for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Oversee global payroll and international trade.
• Oversee AR/AP, expense management, and accounting.
• Manage annual report process.

Requirements

• Educational background in accounting or finance
• Experience from a previous role (+5 years) within a finance operations
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Business Central
• Advanced user in Excel/Google sheets
• Thrive in an international environment across multiple time-zones
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
• You have eye for detail and always strive to ensure your work is error free
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Preferred interest in music, audio, and consumer electronics
