Job summary

AIAIAI Audio is seeking an ambitious finance professional to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for all operations within finance & accounting and help build AIAIAI as the number one brand for music creators.

In this role you will manage accounting, AR/AP, budgeting, forecasting, payroll and monthly reporting across international operations, collaborating with stakeholders across time zones to drive process improvements and accurate financial insight.

Qualifications

• Educational background in accounting or finance.
• Experience from a previous role (+5 years) within finance operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Advanced user in Excel/Google sheets.
• Thrive in an international environment across multiple time-zones.
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
• You have eye for detail and always strive to ensure your work is error free.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Preferred interest in music, audio, and consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, AR/AP, expenses
• Budgeting & forecasting of financials
• Global payroll, pension, and other benefits
• Monthly financial reporting & controlling
• International trade, incl. EU VAT, US state tax
• Lead annual report process
• Collaborate with financial stakeholders (banks, auditors, etc.)
• Process optimisation & system improvements (automations)
• Reporting to the CEO, finance partner to the global AIAIAI team
