Job summary

Velatir, Odense, Denmark, is seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Lead to own the engine turning our story into meetings. You’ll own channels, campaigns, automation, attribution and the numbers behind them, starting with external partner campaigns and lead magnets, then scaling what works.

Reporting to Head of Marketing, you’ll work with sales daily and help grow the marketing team. You’ll drive entry into European markets and build a scalable demand engine for growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years running demand generation in B2B SaaS.
• You have owned a pipeline number and can discuss misses.
• Deep hands-on skill with marketing automation, CRM and attribution.
• Real paid media experience — LinkedIn and Google — incl. budget mgmt.
• You can write copy that converts for a technical or regulated product.
• AI native; use AI tools daily and integrate into campaigns.
• Comfortable owning execution end to end within a narrative framework.
• Familiarity with selling to mid-market and regulated buyers.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; Danish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline and reporting behind it.
• Build and run demand generation across paid, organic, email, webinars and events.
• Own the marketing stack — HubSpot, CRM integration, lead scoring, automation.
• Own the funnel and attribution end to end; prove what works.
• Take over and scale paid media from an interim partner.
• Translate Velatir's positioning into campaigns, landing pages and copy.
• Improve website conversion and demo-booking flow.
• Collaborate with sales on lead handover, follow-up and setting meetings.
• Manage demand spend and justify allocation.
• Support entry into new European markets with localized campaigns.
