Unicontrol is a Danish technology company expanding its digital presence and seeking a hands-on Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist to own demand generation, lead flow, and conversion optimization across channels.

You will run campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, collaborate with sales and distributors, and leverage AI and automation to boost performance. Odense-based role with focus on measurable growth and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B, SaaS, construction or tech.
• Proven track record of generating measurable business growth.
• Able to own growth initiatives hands-on from end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital growth strategy aligned with business objectives
• Drive lead generation and demand generation initiatives
• Hands-on management of Meta/LinkedIn/Google Ads
• Identify new acquisition opportunities and growth channels
• Develop content strategies supporting lead generation
• Own and optimize the company website as a lead generation platform
• Drive SEO initiatives to increase organic visibility and qualified traffic
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize marketing performance
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations
• Monitor and improve marketing attribution, conversion tracking and campaign performance
• Manage marketing automation systems and CRM integrations
• Use AI and automation practically to improve marketing efficiency, experimentation and performance
• Work closely with sales teams and distributors to improve lead flow, follow-up and commercial outcomes
• Turn data into actionable recommendations – and recommendations into execution
