Job summary

Danske Bank is seeking a senior leader to unite Customer Implementation and Integration across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Lithuania. The role reports to the Head of TxB Sales Enablement and collaborates with Sales, Product, Technology and IT to design end-to-end customer experiences.

You will set strategic direction, build a high-performing leadership team, and align journeys across five markets, while embracing AI to simplify processes and enhance employee capabilities.
