Danske Bank is seeking a senior leader to guide five squads within a modernising core payments platform. You will own HR responsibilities, shape the cluster direction, and drive cross-border commercial initiatives with governance and risk controls.

You will translate strategy into a actionable roadmap, balance customer value with regulatory needs, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver outcomes in a complex, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple squads with HR responsibility.
• Strong governance, planning and dependency management.
• Clear communicator with senior stakeholders across business and tech.
• Background in financial services and payments knowledge is a plus.
