Job summary

Ambu A/S in Ballerup, Denmark, seeks an experienced Scrum Master to join our Global HQ. You will lead as Scrum Master in the Agile Release Train, strengthening Agile ways of working and fostering cross-functional collaboration to improve delivery transparency.

You will coach teams, help build Agile capabilities, and support PI commitments within the Global Agile Transformation & Delivery team, collaborating closely with Product Owners and the RTE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Experience in a software development environment with complex technical software solutions.
• Documented experience with Scrum and SAFe frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and coach for one or more Agile Teams and mentor other Scrum Masters.
• Drive Agile adoption and strengthen an Agile mindset across teams.
• Enable Agile capabilities through training, coaching, and hands‑on guidance.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration to enable high‑quality solutions.
• Apply agile principles with depth and integrity, not as rituals.
• Lead SAFe/Scrum Core Values across the ART and ensure consistent practices.
• Coach teams on Lean Agile and SAFe practices.
• Contribute to Agile enablement initiatives through training and communities of practice.
• Use data and insights to drive improvement, including flow, predictability, quality, and value delivery.
