Job summary

Accor is seeking a Front Office Agent for our Copenhagen hotel. You will ensure guests are greeted warmly, handle check-ins, and support a smooth daily operation. The role requires English fluency and a welcoming, energetic attitude.

Training in hotel operations is preferred, with opportunities to share local tips and contribute to a lively guest experience. We accommodate flexible scheduling and offer a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• You’ve completed a course of training in the hotel business and gained professional experience within guest service and administration.
• You speak English fluently.
• You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. You know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve.
• You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character.

Responsibilities

• From check-in to "See you again": our team ensures guests are happy from their first moment there till their last.
• We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Front Office as Front Office Agent.
• At the reception, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic
• You’ll always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
• You’ll be scheduled both on the day and the evening team to really support allround and work occasionally nights as well
• You’ll start showing your skills with us from 1st of September
