Job summary

CityHub Copenhagen is seeking a NightHost to look after the hotel and travellers in the evenings and nights. You’ll welcome guests, share insider tips about Copenhagen, and maintain the hotel’s shared spaces with a friendly, sociable approach.

Fluency in English is required and Danish is preferred. The role offers a flexible schedule (16–24 hours per week) and opportunities to meet travellers from around the world while working with a small, young team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Danish preferred; additional languages a plus.
• Available weekday and weekend, about 16–24 hours per week.
• Strong customer-service mindset and comfort with using apps/computers.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming travellers and sharing insider tips about Copenhagen.
• Owning common areas, setting the mood and keeping them neat.
• Answering emails and keeping in contact with travellers via all channels.
• Refilling supplies.
• Some administrative tasks.
• Chatting with travellers to make them feel welcome.
