Job summary

Copenhagen Marriott Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator – At Your Service to join our Front Office team. You will be the main point of contact for guests, handling requests with warmth and efficiency, coordinating with hotel departments, and delivering memorable service in a luxury environment.

We require at least 1 year in hotel front office, strong communication, and a professional, service-minded attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest requests and enquiries via phone and email.
