Job summary

Samsøe Samsøe in Copenhagen seeks a Growth Lead to drive profitable, data-driven growth across the customer journey, focusing on paid acquisition, CRM, retention and ecommerce growth.

You’ll connect marketing performance with trading priorities, customer behavior and onsite performance to identify and execute opportunities with the greatest business impact. You’ll work with E-commerce, Brand, Creative and Commercial teams to test, optimize and execute.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in growth or digital marketing within ecommerce, retail or consumer brands.
• Proven performance marketing experience and paid acquisition knowledge.
• Strong CRM, lifecycle and retention understanding.
• Solid ecommerce and trading commercial awareness.
• Strong analytics and tracking/attribution knowledge.
• Good SEO knowledge and its impact on growth.
• Experience with marketing intelligence/attribution platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop growth strategy across paid acquisition, CRM, retention and ecommerce.
• Drive profitable customer acquisition and optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Develop CRM lifecycle initiatives to increase engagement and repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with E-commerce on trading performance, launches, promotions and inventory.

• Build a testing and experimentation roadmap across channels and onsite journey.

Job description

We are looking for a Growth Lead to drive profitable and sustainable growth across the customer journey.

This is a commercial and data-driven role with responsibility across customer acquisition, CRM, retention and e-commerce growth. You’ll connect marketing performance with trading priorities, customer behavior and onsite performance to identify and execute the opportunities that have the greatest impact on the business.

You will work closely with E-commerce, Brand, Creative and Commercial teams, combining strong strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to testing, optimization and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and develop the growth strategy across paid acquisition, CRM, retention and e-commerce.


• Drive profitable customer acquisition, continuously optimizing channel mix, investment, CAC, ROAS and customer lifetime value.


• Develop CRM and lifecycle initiatives that increase engagement, repeat purchase, retention and reactivation.


• Work closely with the E-commerce team on trading performance, connecting marketing activity with product priorities, launches, promotions, inventory and commercial targets.


• Identify opportunities across the e-commerce funnel to improve traffic quality, conversion, AOV and overall revenue.


• Build a structured testing and experimentation roadmap across channels, audiences, creative, CRM and the onsite customer journey.


• Use customer, channel and commercial data to identify opportunities and turn insights into clear actions.


• Ensure robust tracking, attribution and measurement across the customer journey, working with relevant technical and data teams where needed.


• Support the development of SEO and organic growth, with a good understanding of technical and on‑page SEO and how it contributes to e-commerce performance.


• Monitor and communicate key growth KPIs, translating performance into clear priorities for the wider business.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce, retail or a consumer brand.


• Proven experience with performance marketing and a strong understanding of paid acquisition.


• Strong understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle and retention.


• Good commercial understanding of e-commerce and trading, including conversion, AOV, promotions, product performance and profitability.


• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of tracking, attribution and digital analytics.


• Good working knowledge of SEO and its role within the wider growth strategy.


• Experience with Dema or similar marketing intelligence and attribution platforms is a plus.


• Commercially minded, curious and comfortable moving between strategy, analysis and hands‑on execution.


• Strong cross‑functional collaborator who can connect Marketing, E-commerce, Creative and Commercial teams.
