Qualifikationen

• Deep experience in growth investments and leading large-stage deals.
• Ability to structure minority investments with governance.
• Strong track record in supporting portfolio companies at board level.

• Lead and own major growth investments from sourcing to closing.
• Structure minority positions with robust governance and downside protection.
• Underwrite scale risks across execution, organisation, markets, and capital structure.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models (Excel proficiency required).
