Nordic Health Group in Copenhagen is seeking Head of Growth & Marketing to own and scale our end-to-end growth engine across markets. You will define how we attract patients across every country we operate in, and build the function capable of delivering that scale.

You will own channel strategy, media investment, CAC and conversion, brand positioning, and creative direction across NHG's local brands. You will develop a content and digital presence that generates patient trust and drives

• Owned marketing outcomes, not just managed activities.
• Thinks in funnels and conversion.
• Fluent in English.
