Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or similar in a digital/marketing environment.
• Proven leadership experience and accountability as a lead of people.
• Experience delivering complex online platforms within an IT landscape and managing third parties.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable plans and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and empathy to guide project delivery and growth.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client contact and build trust through clear communication.
• Act as a partner for the client on tactical, operational and strategic levels.
• Create and support an environment where the team has what they need to excel and hit targets.
• Evaluate team development and co-create growth plans with team members.
• Spar with team members to ensure high-quality work and outcomes.
• Maintain a cross-functional perspective combining business, technical, and leadership skills.
• Identify opportunities and convert them into new projects.
• Support pitch teams in selling value of DEPT’s approach to clients.
