Cementir Holding is seeking a Group Maintenance Engineer to join our Group Maintenance organization. Although this is a Group-level role with an international scope, your day-to-day work will be based at Aalborg Portland in Denmark, collaborating with the Nordic & Baltic organization to support maintenance excellence across production sites.

We are looking for a Group Maintenance Engineer to join our Group Maintenance organization. Although this is a Group-level role with an international scope, your day-to-day workplace will be Aalborg Portland, where you will work closely with the Nordic & Baltic organization while supporting maintenance excellence across our production sites.
In this position, you will play a key role in driving maintenance performance by providing technical expertise, developing best practices, and supporting local maintenance teams. Working closely with both Group and site stakeholders and with direct report to our Group Maintenance Director, you will help improve equipment reliability, optimize maintenance processes, and contribute to the implementation of modern maintenance strategies across the business.
You will support our sites by providing technical guidance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping implement maintenance standards that improve reliability and operational performance. Your work will include:
